These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) outline the policies, responsibilities, and expectations between All Smiles 4 U Travel, LLC (“Agency”), and you, the client (“Traveler”). By requesting travel research, recommendations, or booking services from the Agency. Please review and if you agree to these T&C sign and date.
All Smiles 4 U Travel, LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and arranges travel services with third‑party suppliers such as cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, transportation companies, and travel insurance providers.
· The Agency is not the provider of the travel services booked.
· All travel components—including cruises, tours, hotels, flights, excursions, and transfers—are governed by the supplier’s Terms & Conditions, including their payment schedules, cancellation policies, refund policies, change rules, liability limits, and contract terms.
· The Traveler is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to each supplier’s T&C before the booking is finalized.
The Traveler agrees to: - Provide accurate legal names (matching passports or REAL ID), dates of birth, contact details, and payment information. - Review all confirmations immediately and report discrepancies within 24 hours. - Make all payments by the given deadlines. Failure to do so may result in cancellation by the supplier. - Obtain all required travel documents such as passports, visas, vaccinations, or entry forms. - Comply with all country and supplier requirements, including health, safety, and conduct rules.
The Agency strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.
Travel insurance can protect against unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage issues, travel delays, and supplier default.
If the Traveler declines insurance, the Agency may request a signed Travel Insurance Waiver. The Traveler understands they assume all financial risk if insurance is declined.
· All changes or cancellation requests must be made in writing.
· All such requests are subject to the supplier’s rules, not the Agency’s.
· The Agency is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, non-refundable components, or denial of refunds.
· Refunds, if applicable, are issued directly by the supplier, not the Agency.
All Smiles 4 U Travel, LLC is not liable for: - Acts or omissions of suppliers - Changes to itineraries made by suppliers - Flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or missed connections - Medical issues, injuries, illness, or death - Weather conditions, natural disasters, or political events - Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or property - Supplier bankruptcy or failure.
The Traveler acknowledges the Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Traveler and travel suppliers.
As your travel advisor I strive to provide clear, timely communication. Below are my business hours, preferred communication methods, and response-time expectations:
Business Hours:Monday thru Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday by appointment and Sunday Closed (However I am always available if the client has an emergency that cannot wait until the next business day).
Communication Expectations (email response times, after-hours policy, etc.): I typically respond to emails within an hour during working hours. All emails received after business hours will receive a response the next business day unless it is an absolute emergency then I will respond immediately.
· Travel documents will be forwarded once received from suppliers.
· The Traveler is responsible for reviewing accuracy of all tickets, confirmations, invoices, and travel documents upon receipt.
By providing a credit card for payment, the Traveler authorizes the Agency to submit the card information to the supplier for charges related to the booking.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting the Agency may result in the cancellation of the trip by the supplier.
